Need program to clear old password

Hi,

I've recently taken over a new role and the person who
left password protected an excel worksheet. This means I
cannot use it.

Is there anyway of finding the password? I can copy the
sheet onto a new excel spreadsheet but I could do with
using the original to save copying all the macro's etc.

I understand that there is a program that can rectify
this... Does anybody have a copy??? PLEASE!
