Need permission from SYSTEM?

I am trying to uninstall Adobe Affter Effects 7.0 in Build 5728.

1.) The uninstall in control panel fails,
saying the process was interupted

2.) While trying to delete the files from the folder I am told
need permission from administrator...seems normal, I am.

Then need permission from SYSTEM?

What is that and how can I control it

I had a similar issue with macromedia flash MX when I tgried to uninstall it

I resolved the issue by disabling UAC and booting into Safe mode and in safe
mode with UAC disabled everything went well
