Need Patch refered to by Knowledgebase article 321733

Knowledgebase article 321733 refers to a patch that needs to be requested
from Microsoft. The event id and source refered to in the article match my
situation. How can I get the patch?

Hi

If the KB article says that you need to obtain the patch from MS, then that
is what you will have to do. In these circumstances, there is not normally
any fee to pay. Contact MS via the option given.

Tried to contact the phone folks. No luck. Left on hold for over an hour
with no response. I finally gave up. Is there any other way to get the
patch?
