My wife accidentally sent a very large 500MB through our e-mail account
through OUTLOOK and it has been sending since yesterday. It has slowed down
my computer tremendously.

I need help on how to stop it from sending (I already tried it from outlook
but it says it cannot be stopped)

File - Work Offline.
Wait 5 minutes.
Attempt to delete. If it fails:
File - Exit
Use Task Manager to make sure that the process outlook.exe is not running.
Restart Outlook and attempt to delete the message from the outbox.
If it still fails, what version of Outlook?

try to close outlook and when message pops up that you have unsent messages
in outbox do you still want to close click YES!

then when you reopen outlook, either quickly click on outbox and drag and
drop message into inbox or try to stop send/recieve in lower right corner and
then drag and drop.

Thanks so much it finally worked
