help! i accidentally sent a 30 mb file e-mail in outlook

I need to delete this 30 mb mp3 that I accidentally sent to a co worker on
Friday. It is slowing down the internet for the whole office. I tried doing
shift delete when I realized I sent the wrong mp3 and it says that it is
already in process and can't delete. I've turned outlook on and off etc but
can't get rid of the e-mail and it keeps trying to send.
