need old intellipoint

hi.just had to reinstall my intellimouse optical after
trying a logitech, & after downloading & installing v5.0
of the driver i find theres no longer an option for
program specific button mapping. even worse you cant
assign a keystroke to them anymore. does anyone know
where i can get v4.something that has these options in??
