Linksys tech support told me in order to use my wireless
router, I need to have Microsoft reinstall the TCP/IP
stack. Is this something I can download, or is it a MS
only fix?

Start - Run - "cmd". Type "netsh int ip reset c:\netsh.txt" into the command
window.
