Need Network Help - Please

I have "Simple Network Management Protocol" installed and need to know where I can find the monitoring results or how to use these tools.
 
All versions of Windows (NT family) have the needed SNMP
services available for optional install. However, you need to
own a management/monitoring application that uses SNMP
as one of these does not come as a part of Windows. If you
have checked around, you know these management apps
cost more than Windows does.
