need more HELP

ok i have tried scannow and appwiz neither one of them open either so i cant
get into my add remove program still what is going on and how do i fix this?
i do not have a disc for xp my computer came with it about 3 years ago please
help i dont want to wreck my computer i also did a sysyem restore thanks

As you haven't replied to the original thread, no-body knows what on earth
you are talking about....
 
have you tried
utilizing your pc
in safemode?

you may regain
control and or access
there.

if so, then this maybe
helpful to further evaluate
your issue...
