Need Message Explained

Lately, every morning I find the following message on my
screen in a pop up box: Actulice: ModF

Any ideas what this means and how can I prevent its
reoccurance???

To solve the "actulice" problem:
1) Go to "start"
2) Click "run"
3) Type in "msconfig"
4) Click "OK"
5) Click on "Startup" tab
6) Find "pg4ds32m" in the list
7) Uncheck its box
8) Restart your computer
9) Smile
