actulice- modf

i keep getting a window that comes up and as the title of
the window it says actulice, and in the window it says
modf. it is a small window and it has a ok button and it
has a a close x in the corner. i dont know what it means
but i click the ok button anyway and about 10 seconds
later it comes back. if i dont click it when i try to
close something another window will come up just like
this one and it will say cannot. i dont know what this is
and i cant find info in it so if you have any ideas
please help. thank you.
