Need Macro to take me to a different tab to specific cell

I need to create a Macro to take me to a different tab with a specific cell
within that tab being at the top left hand corner.
 
Sub Macro1()
Application.Goto Reference:=Worksheets("Sheet3").Range("Z100"), scroll:=True
End Sub
