Hello, any assistance anyone can provide will be greatly appreciated. I am
using Outlook 2003 and plan to start using the Journal to track phone/voice
messages! I have created a shortcut for the Journal; however, I need the
journal to show up in my "outlook today" or home page along with my tasks,
email, & calendar. Can anyone please help me configure this? Thank you in
advance!

What view in the Navigation pane are you using? Journal is a default folder
and is created automatically, but it doesn't appear in some of the
Navigation pane views.

THanks for the reply... I am referring to the view " Mailbox - Last, First "
in my Outlook today! Thanks

That's not a view. That's your mailbox name. Your views are Mail,
Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, Notes, Folder List, and Shortcuts (i.e., the
buttons along the bottom of the Navigation Pane). Each presents a different
list of items in the Navigation Pane.
