need help

I can receive e-mails using outlook, I can send new
messages but I cannot reply to e-mails. Any ideas how to
fix this?
 
Please provide more information:

1. What version of Outlook?
2. Why can't you reply? Do you get an error message? The reply button is
grayed out??
