I do not know if this question belongs in this group but if not point to me
where to post it.

I am using the whitepaper "Four easy steps for building a Shared Web Server"
and Everything goes well until I get to page 9 which is the step to verify
the FTP connection. Step 3 tells me to login using Customer1Admin which I
created earlier, but It responds with 530 Customer1Admin cannot login, home
directory inaccessible. Login failed.

Is there something I am doing wrong?

I am using Windows 2003 Server Standard with SQL Server 2000 SP3. Just like
the guide requires.

Thank you very much for your reply'
