Need Help:

Hi, i have installed linksys firewall router in Windows 2000 Server.
Now i can't able to connect to my server by using Terminal Services.
How do i configure this problem. order to access my terminal services.
I have tried to open the 3389 Port but still it's just not working.

Can you connect over the local LAN from another PC? If so it comes down to a
firewall issue in your router.

Make sure the router is configured correctly and TCP Port 3389 is forwarded
to the correct static LAN IP address of the server. Also make sure the
firewall is configured so any IP address can access the server and not
specific addresses. Also make sure any firewall software running on the
server box is configured to allow incoming Remote Desktop requests from any
IP address.

You can test port forwarding by going to the http://www.canyouseeme.org site
while logged on the server PC...

What Linksys router do you have? That information may help others help
you...
