need help!

Hi there...

First of all I should mention that I am running windows XP Home. I have
79.7 GB free space and total space of 93.1 GB.

Ok my problem...I consistently get this message from windows stating that I
am low on virtual memory and that wndows is trying to increase the memory and
that if I need further help to click on the help button, however, when I try
to do that, the button disappears. I have no idea what this means and if
anyone out there does, can you please tell me ? Thanks so much!!!!!!
