Need help with port number and ssl info (No access outgo server)

After setting up email accounts, I am unable to send test message. It says to
check the "port number" and the ssl settings. It is unable to reach outgoing
server.
Can anybody help?

Before you muck around with those values... what SMTP server are you trying
to use? Is it one that's on the same network/ISP as you?
