Need help with Office 2003

I have been using MS Office Business Edition 2003 since it cam out without a
hitch - never a problem. The past two weeks for whatever reason, when
Outlook opens there is a message to the effect that Word could not open and
Outlook has to close. When opening word, the message says there is a failure
to open Outlook and must shut down. I have done detect and repair in both
Outlook and Word and then a complete re-install...

Is there something else I should be doing here to fix this problem?

Yes, post to an Office/Outlook ng. its not a win problem.
In the mean time search for normal.dot and delete all found.
Start OL with the safe switch

Thanks, I tried posting at the Office NG and got no solution or response. At
