need help with my xp

i have windows xp pro , which i love but when i right click for prop, my window pops up, as soon as i move towards it it dissapears, this happens over and over again, ive also notied that i cant get in to some of my control panel folder
if anyone could tell me what the hell is going on here i would really appre it, thanks

Perform a scan looking for spyware using updated ad-aware and spybot:
Ad-aware

Also try going to IE > Tools > Internet Options > Advanced options and
disable third-party browser extensions.
