Need help with MS Access Error message.."cant find the macro"

Getting can't find the macro" 'Contact![Patient ID]= Forms!Update Selected
Contacts!Patient ID' errormessage on two of the fields in a subform. Error
msg doesn't seem to be affecting the data. Data is captured O.K. Just would
like to eliminate getting msg
 
Since the form name has blanks in it, try changing the reference to the form
to Forms![Update Selected Contacts]!Patient ID
