Need help with Internet Explorer 6

When I try to download this version I get a message reading it has not passed compatibility with Windows XP and will not continue the download. I need this browser and don't know what to do. Any help out there? Thanks.

I can't locate that number...all the security patches under Hotfix begin with "Q".
