Need help with excel

Hi

Here's the problem, i have a old 1-2-3 chart witch i want to convert
to excel.
there is a list of filled values:

list1
Name(col1) amount(col2) etc.
value1
value2
etc.

and a another similiar list with empty values.

list2
Name(col1) amount(col2) etc.

when the amount(col2) value in list 1 is bigger than 0 it should copy
the fields from list 1 to the secondary list with the values

for any information how i should begin to do this, i thank you

Hi
one way:
- in list 1 apply a filter (goto 'Data - Filter - autofilter')
- in the appearing listbox for your amount choose 'custom' and enter
your criteria (>0)
- copy the filtered data
- insert the data in list 2
