ested IF wont work as I need 18

Hi, I have a worksheet that I want to place some drop-down lists. I
have 18 teams with different members. When a user selects team 1 or 2
etc in col1, then I would like Col2 cells to show only those team
members that belong to that team.

I have done these previously with nested Ifs, but this only works for
7 teams, this time I have 18 Teams. Please can someone help me.
