*Need Help* With Best Practice for Changing Admin Account Password

Hello--

We had one of our administrators leave and we need to change our
administrator account password (the built-in one in Active Directory when you
install Windows). We want to make sure we don't interrupt any services in the
process.

We have a small network of 10 servers and about 50 workstations. Our Domain
Controller is running Windows Server 2003 Enterprise and has Exchange Server
2003 Standard on the same box.

Can anyone tell me any best practice procedures for changing this where it
wont interrupt any services?

Thanks a lot,

It's a bit like walking through a door marked "MENS TOILET" only to find
that the "WO" bit at the beginning has fallen off ;-p
