Curious as to the best way to approach a challenge with
some project management templates.

I need the ability to have multiple entry points -- for
fields like document numbers, version numbers and dates,
etc. -- updated either automatically or manually updated
(guess by selecting entire text of doc and pressing F9).

Is the best way to approach this problem:

1) Insert/Field
2) Categories / Links and References
3) Field names / Autotext
4) Autotext name, click the Autotext entry that you want
to insert.
5) Finish, select document, press F9

Thanks for any help, Tim

Hi Tim,

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking. Do you want to
know the best (fastest) way to insert an AutoText field? If
you know the field code well, it's probably faster to use
Ctrl+F9, type in the field codes, then F9 to update, and
finally Alt+F9 to toggle from field code back to field
result.
