Need Help with AND function (cell colour or GANT chart)

I have tried that after you suggested Dcronje, but have not bee
successful yet, the conditional formatting does allow me to specify th
MONTH function (at least I have not figure it out so far) but I wil
keep trying, thanks for the tip

As an alternative keep the formulas on the sheet and in conditiona
formatting set one condition if CELL = TRUE set the pattern and font t
the same colour you want and set the second condition if cell value
False set the font colour to white.

Hi,

Conditional format works pretty well.

Condition 1 = " formula is" =AND(MONTH($B$3)=2,YEAR($B$3)=2003) (cel
with start date)

Condition 2 = " formula is" =AND(MONTH($c$3)=2,YEAR($c$3)=2003) (cel
with end date)

and choose format what do you like.
