Need help with a message i'm getting

Hey everyone! HELP!!!! I download the drivers to my
printer a Lexmark All-in-One x75, but when I go to
install the printer I get this message:

16 bit Windows Subsystem

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not
suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows
applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the program.


This never happened before, Please help me!!
