Try reinstalling the programs from your CDs. Then try uninstalling.

And ... please don't "shout" at us.

I didn't realize cap lock was on..sorry if that offended you. i watched for
an uninstall option when it was downloading & never found any. How will
installing them again change this? I'm not very good at understanding how
everything is done on my puter, so please be patient if I don't understand
the reasoning. Thanks

Although your programs were previously installed to a functioning state,
they may nevertheless not have been installed correctly. If you try a new
install over the old one, they may be properly installed.

If you don't see an uninstall file in Add/Remove programs, try looking in
the program's folder.

Also, try uninstalling in Safe Mode (Start > Turn off computer > Restart
and keep hitting F8 while the computer reboots).

The uninstallers may need some of the install files (like a list of what it
did) to complete the tasks. Since you downloaded them, they install files
may have gone to a place in the Temporary Files folders. If those folders
were cleared, the files are gone. This is simply bad programming on their
part - or it could be a ploy to get you to keep gambling.

In any case, re-installing to the same place should give you the files the
uninstaller needs. Install, then immediately uninstall.
