I AM RUNNING WINDOWS XP.I AM TRYING TO REINSTALL MY
CAMERA AND IT COMES UP THAT I NEED TO UNINSTALL VIDEO
PHONE WHEN I TRY TO DO THAT ALL IT WILL LET ME DO IS
INSTALL VIDEO PHONE.I NEED HELP REALLY BAD PLEASE.THANKS

The reason this is happening is because you are posting in all caps. Quit
doing that! So, do you have a video phone installed? Are you following the
installation instructions supplied by the maker of the camera? What kind of
camera is it? Webcam? Digital point and shoot? Video camera? Digital
SLR?
