Need help tweaking ATI 9800 pro /256 meg for fastest 2D

What would I tweak to get the fastest possible 2D speed? I do not
see the antialiasing settings and understand that turning it off
will increase 2D speed. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
 
It seems that you forgot to install the control panel software through which
you can disable the antialiasing setting.
