Need help transfering HardDrive(w/xp Pro installed) to new HardDri

Need help with transfering old HardDrive (with XP Pro installed) to a new
HardDrive.
How would I go about doing this? Is it possible? Please help. Thank You.

Easiet way would be to clone the old hard drive. There may
be an utility provided by the maker of the new hard drive.
Or one can purchase an imaging application such as Symantec
Ghost, Acronis TrueImage, etc.

I would just do a clean install. Then copy all your files that you need
over.
 
If this was another PC, smart move. Just replacing a hard drive in the same
PC, very time consuming and not needed.
