Need help to customize "New Mail Message", "View Field"

When I open a "New Mail Message" to send an email, I know I can add the "Bcc
Field" to the email. Can I set it up so that I can also have an "Attachments
Field" added to the View tab? Please Help!

The attachments always show on whatever page has the main message body
control. There is no separate attachments control.
