Need help sending faxes in Word and OutLook/ Have the service but.

need help in sending faxes online...I signed up for a Fax service, but I am
unable to send a fax. All faxes remain in the outbox for Micorsoft Outlook.
The message in the send/recivie is unable to find server or server is down.
Although, I have this message, I can still send out regular e-mails. Can
anyone help with this problem??? Thanking you in advance....Maurice

You must provide at least some information.
By sending "online" are you saying you hired an Internet Fax Service to send
faxes for you instead of sending faxes yourself?
If so, provide your Outlook version. Provide the name of the Fax Service you
hired and why you haven't contacted them. This does not sound like an
Outlook issue.
