need help saving ISO 9660 image

need help saving because it will not let me save it to a cd , dont have a
floppy drive, i need to save it to run the memory diagnostic tool??? HELPPPP
 
ok i got it too save, and im supposed to retart the computer and the tool
interface should come up and run but it will not ... anymore help u can
give????
