Need Help Retrieving Vista Outlook Email

I can not retrieve any of my Vista Outlook emails (opened or unread),
folders, contact lists (everything from my old system) since I just ran a
Microsoft "requested" computer upgrade. Can anyone help?
 
Maybe. What happens when you try? How did you move the data from your old
system? What version of Outlook? Did it ever work after the transfer? Do
you know what upgrade was performed?
