need help regarding convertion of Lotus Approach database to Access 97

I have many applications in access97 with backend as Lotus Approach.
My task is to convert the Lotus database to access97 database.
Can any one help me please.?
i am not able to find a solution for this...

I don't believe there is any way of "converting" The best you are
likely to be able to do is to import the data then create new forms
relationships etc as needed.

I suspect that you should be able to do this with only importing the
data, establishing the relationships and setting up some queries. Hopefully
you will then be able to use your existing forms reports etc by changing the
record source.
