Need help redownloading system tools

Somehow my disk clean and defrag are gone from my start
menu and I can not find them when i do a search of my
computer. Can anyone help me with a web site where I can
redownload these things ?
 
If you're running XP, these are not on the Start menu any more. Right click
the drive in question in Windows Explorer go to Properties, Tools.

There are also command line versions of these utilities. CHKDSK and DEFRAG
