need help quick

I have an older smodel dell optiplex that has only 6gig hardrive my problem
is that I am completely full right now and need to free up space.I have
already erased files I have done the disk cleanup I have defraged I need
another option.If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate. By the way I am
pretty new on a computer so if you explain in terms I will understand thanks

How much RAM memory does this have? Do you ever use Hibernation? If not, you can possibly save a bunch of space by turning off hibernation. To turn it off:
Go into Control Panel. Drill down to Power Options (you'll see it on Classic View. Otherwise, in Category view, 1st go to Performance & Maintenance).

In Power Options, click to select the Hibernate Tab. In the Hibernate block, un-select the "Enable hibernation".
Apply changes. Restart your system. Look again for Hiberfil.sys. It should be gone.

If you are really double-sure positive you'd never want to undo old patches from Windows Update--
then you could delete the individual $NtUninstallxxnnnnnn folders.
Just know that would make the patches un-installable .

Those are individual hotfix un-install folders. You may delete those.
The registry will have leftover entries; so you need to get into Add/Remove Programs,
select these items. It will fail the uninstall, and then allow you to remove listing from registry.

Also, be aware, if you made recent 'optional' updates 'after' installing a service pack ---
then those would be among that set of folders.

If you will never need to un-install the service pack, the $NTServicePackUninstall$ folder (about 200MB) can be removed.

6gb is barely big enough to hold Win XP with all the updates. HDs are
fairly inexpensive. You could add a slave HD, but even then the 6gb HD is
going to runout with more updates for XP. You may want to consider a larger
HD and reinstall xp and partition at least 15gb for XP and 10 gb for
Programs and the rest for data.
