NEED HELP! OUTLOOK RUNNING SLOW!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I just imported my blackberry contacts to Outlook 2003 with the help on the
Blackberry client (version 4.0). My outlook is running SO SLOW now I'm going
to throw my computer against the wall. Does anyone have a solution for this?
I have read a ton of other people having the same problem can someone from
microsoft offer a solution?
