Can anybody provide a link from Microsoft that clearly
explains on "How many machines can Windows XP be
installed." I'm tring to look for an answer that clearly
states this information.

Can anybody provide a link? I know it's one copy per
machine, but I'm also tring to find an answer where it
states this as well.

It's in the EULA - XP can be installed on as many machines as you like -
PROVIDED you have a licence for EACH machine.

Try the End User Licensing Agreement that came with your copy of XP, as each
EULA is worded as appropriate for the type of Media (retail, OEM, Volume
License) that you have purchased.

I had no trouble reading that on the back of the package XP came in, just
before walking up to the cashier to pay for XP.
