need help on how to setup VPN connection

Hello,

Here's current configuration of my company network.

We have a LAN at the main office, which contain 2000 AD,
internal DNS, DHCP, Novell data server, and GroupWise as a
mail server. Then we have a firewall, and then the router.

Now we have a branch office, and we would like to setup a
VPN connection between the main office and the branch
office.
At the branch office we don't have anything yet, I'm in
the process of loading a child domain controller for this
branch office. This branch office also has a router.

What I'm looking forward to implement are:
I would like users from the branch office to be able to
get authenticate to the main office to share resources on
Novell data server, and also other resources on the AD in
the main office.
I don't know anything about how to configure the routers
on both sides to get the VPN connection working.
I did went one several websites to checkout the white
paper on VPN, and other resources about the VPN setup, but
the info, is not enough, and there's no step-by-step
instructions how to setup the VPN. I even posted my
questions on other newsgroup too, but they all pointed me
to those websites that I already checked out.
What do I need to install on my AD for the vpn? Am I
supposed to setup VPN servers on both offices? How about
users account from the branch office?
This is very critical please help!!!!!!!!!!!

you need to configure both routers for Demand Dial
