Need Help.....my computer re-boots by itself!!!!!

I just got Windows XP installed on my computer and now it
re-boots all by itself.....in the middle of reading my
email......in the middle of searching the web.....what's
going on?

Turning off the automatic reboot will solve half your problem, Right click
'My Computer' | Properties | Advanced tab. Under Startup and Recovery hit
Settings. Uncheck 'Automatically Restart'. Now for the other half: Going
to the Event Log should tell you what's causing the problem(s) to occur.
Start | All Programs | Administrative Tools | Event Viewer

Uncheck automatically restart.
go to control panel,system,click the advance tab,under
startup and recovery click the settings button,then under
system failure uncheck the auto restart box.
