Need help in installing SP2

Hi,

SP2 installation fails with following message

-Can not create a file when that file already exists'

There are no error message codes.

Few seconds before in the event log, I see another error message.

Syntax error in manifest or policy file
"c:\windows\softwaredistribution\download\6ca7b3a8efd5a9b6f87fff395a2eb989\ASM\52\msft\windows\net\rtcdll\rtcdll.man" on line 15

You have a corrupt download of SP2...try again.

Thank you very much for quick response. Perhaps I didn't say it correctly. I
was trying to upgrade to SP2 via windows auto update feature. The website you
list is for a complete download of SP2 (266MB). Windows auto update
downloaded 108MB only. Which is correct.

Either one is correct. If you are having a problem installing
SP2 via Wimdows Update, then use the site I referenced which
contains all the SP2 files.

The full package is more than 200mb. Your system may require a smaller
package, but the full package just covers all the bases.
