need help in administrator password

I recently got the internet through the cable and can't
really download anything without being the
administrator.i was wondering if there was any way for me
to change the administator to my name.the administrator
is under my ex husbands name and i really don't want to
call him for the password.thank you
 
No Administrator password means you cannot logon as the Administrator.
Call Hubby.

i know that but is there anyway i can change it.by the
way it's ex husband
