need help getting access to owner folder on a slave drive

My system crashed and instead of letting Gateway delete
all my data I bought a new hard drive, loaded windows on
it, and set up my old hard drive as a slave drive.

Now I can get the computer to work, and I can see
the "owner" folder on the slave drive (which contains all
my data), but I cannot get access to it because of the
log in security.

I know the password, but I cant figure out where the
system will let me put it in.

Is there a way around this problem?
