Need HELP! - Creating SubForms In Forms With A Button

Hey guys,

I havnt really worked with Access before But,

I have a main form
"frm_Main"

I have a few buttons placed on frm_Main which i want to insert differnt subforms within frm_Main
subform EG: Accounts, Networking Details, Contact Info

So what I need to do is click on Accounts and the subform is inserted, than if i click on another eg: Contact Info, It removes the old subform and inserts the new

I have no idea what im doing so.. If someone could shed some light on this it would be a HUGE help!
