Need help changing cell labels

I want to change the numbers going down to words and the
letters going across the top to words. Is it possible to
do this?
 
The Obvious, you can/must use Row 1 for your column headers and Column A for
your Row headers... Afterwards go to cell B2 and select from the menu bar
Window, then Freeze Panes;;;;
