Phil

I just reinstalled WIN XP and SP2 on my desktop PC. Now,
I can't access the internet. My home network consists of
a laptop PC, desktop PC cable modem and a Lynksis router.
I've only reinstalled XP and SP2 on the desktop. I have
Zone Alarm also. What do I need to do to get the PC back
on the net?

Thanks,
Phil

phil,

there is a possibility of conflict between windows firewall and zonealarm.
try disabling windows firewall if you are using zonealarm.

open control panel > windows firewall.

hope this helps.

Try installing updated drivers for your NIC.
