Need Good End-User Report Generator

I need to find a very easy to use end-user report generator /
querying, that can be used inside of my WinForms application. I
looked at ActiveReports and it doesn't provide the ability to use a
dictionary and have the users just pick the fields they want. Crystal
Reports has one but the cost per user is too much for the application.
The reporting tool needs to allow the developer to set the fields the
user can pick from and set the relationships between the tables. The
interface needs to be designed for a person without any programming
experience.

I need recommendations of a reporting/querying tool that fits these
criteria. Any ideas???
